Mentees  

Respecting Mentors' Time: Our mentors volunteer their time to support you. Please respect their efforts by coming prepared for each session. Bring questions, share your goals, and make the most of the opportunity.

Meeting Conduct: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, inform your mentor in advance. Be professional, refrain from asking overly personal questions unless they bring it up, and focus on your professional growth. Failing to show up without prior notice disrupts the mentor’s schedule.

Account Termination Policy: Not showing up for meetings three times or using accounts with unverified names will result in termination.

Mentors  

Gratitude for Volunteering: Accept our gratitude on behalf of Syrian young professionals for volunteering your time and sharing your insights and experience.

Cultural and Technical Considerations: Be mindful of cultural differences and potential technology gaps. Students may face challenges that affect their ability to meet your expectations.

Mission Alignment: Our goal is to level up students' skills and empower the mentorship culture. We ask for your patience and encouragement to help mentees grow, fostering mentorship within their communities and professional fields.

Profile and Availability: After signing up, you agree to complete your profile and set up your availability. Accounts that remain unavailable for 60 days will be terminated.

Paid sessions: This effort is expected to be voluntary at this stage. While the platform supports the functionality of making paid sessions, the payment gateways are currently disabled. Allowing payments from Syria requires technical compatibility and changes to Mentory's business model, which is not a priority for our team at this time.
