As a System and Network Engineer, I have been responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining LAN and WAN networks for multiple branches, ensuring optimal network performance and security. I have also administered Windows server systems, network protocols, and network security protocols, such as IPsec, mGRE, and VPN. With 6+ years of experience in network and system engineering, I have developed proficiency in firewalls, network performance monitoring, BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, and Wireshark. I have successfully improved departmental troubleshooting and monitoring processes for LAN/WAN activities, and implemented and configured telecommuting systems, such as fiber optic, satellite, and microwave links. I have also obtained multiple certifications, including CCNP, CCNA, ISO 27001 Foundation, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core. I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Damascus University, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Technical Web from Syrian Virtual University SVU. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and applying them to solve real-world problems and challenges. My goal is to advance my career as a network specialist and contribute to the innovation and development of the IT sector.
