I worked closely with clients like TradeKart, Schneider Electric, and Akzo Nobel. As a backend engineer, I played a role in planning, developing, testing, and delivering Agile sprints tailored to client requirements. I was responsible for managing and developing Azure cloud services and optimizing MSSQL databases. Additionally, I built frontend components using TypeScript/ReactJS and React Native. I was the project lead for a couple of projects, leveraging projects' domain knowledge to prioritize functionality and ensure their successful delivery. Furthermore, I contributed to front-end development on multiple projects, enhancing overall user experience and functionality.

Providing support for in-house developed, external development, and open source applications at the IRC, besides providing data analytics, technical support and training for IRC Programs and sectors. (Projects are described in more details in Projects section) Achievements: - Data Warehouse: Collect and consolidate IRC sectors and activities data into a data warehouse in order to ease and improve the analytical, reporting and data mining of IRC data. - Voucher verification system: Used to automate the process of electronic vouchers creation, redeeming and security measurements using QR codes and NFCs. VVS provides a Web application for administrating and controlling vouchers distributions, and an Andorid app for users inside the field to redeem vouchers vendors and deliver the aimed value for the Refugees. - Rescue ID: which is used to create unique identities for beneficiaries and solve duplication Contributed as a Technical Stakeholder, responsible for: o Providing system requirements, o Attending SCRUM review sessions, and provide appropriate testing o Provide user manuals, test use cases and FAQs o Leading the UAT (User Acceptance Test) and training sessions o Building and testing Elastic Search tools that has been used in the system for de-duplication - Leading the development of ITS (Indicator Tracking System) which used to define and track monitoring and evaluation department indicators with the ability to generate appropriate reports - Responsible on providing data analysis, maps and reports required from IRC Programs using: o ArcGIS: building maps for programs activities across the region and providing maps for Advocacy. o Zoho, Tableau: Providing analysis and graphics for programs - ODK Tracking System: which is a system based on ODK (open data kit) forms. o Provide the Xls tracking forms o Integrating barcode reader devices with the system for speeding up code scans
